Responsible for collaborative development of climate, energy, carbon and sustainability strategies and implementation of programs and strategic projects. Currently enrolling in a PhD research program with a focus on innovative funding for TBL Infrastructure for the 21 st century. Completed a Masters in 2000 "Learning in the Wild - action research in a self organising system". Adopted a living systems worldview, system theory of cognition viz structural coupling and utilized such concepts as autopoiesis, dissipative structures, identity, complex adaptive systems, open space technology, cosmogenesis.
