I am civil engineering, specialized in water resources and with espertice in transport data and environment. I have working in some development NGOs. I have study and published about technology, political science, music, sport, public goods,economy, health. I am very interested in pro-comun and about new ways to organize economy and politics trying to increase the democracy, liberty and to eliminate de poverty.
