I created and coordinate a training programme in Bioinformatics GTPB. I am a strong advocate of OpenAccess and OpenScience. I am also an advisor in professional groups like science librarians, and in schools that innovate in teaching methods. I have team leading and advisory roles in international networks (GOBLET, EMBnet) and I am a member of editorial boards of some journals (eg.EUPA OpenProteomics, EMBnet Journal).
