Since graduate studies under sociologist Peter Berger I have been interested and involved in the process of groups and organizations. I worked for a time as an organizational development consultant and trainer in the early days of that discipline as a staff member of University Associates. I have experimented with new forms of group process and am committed to finding strategies and patterns that can overcome the disaster of the domination/violence system that is destroying civilization.
