I'm a computer engineer, MsC. in Operations Research and finishing my studies in Psychology. I love Opensource, CC and P2P initiatives and I think through them we can change the world for better. I'm starting a project called OpenTest, which aims to build a open platform for collaborative assessment, including test and question databases, assessment generation and execution tools as well as guides to help improve and change the way we measure our improvement.
