Born Oct, 1st 1982 in Köln. Studied Historical Anthropology, Geography and German Literature in Freiburg/Breisgau and graduated in 2011 with a Magister Artium degree. Visiting student at Yale University's Center for Cultural Sociology (2008/2009), alumnus of the Fulbright Commission and the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation. European Executive Coordinator of “Universities Allied for Essential Medicines (UAEM) Europe“ since 2012. Long time supporter of the German UAEM branch (national and local coordinator, member of the board). Several internships for civil society organizations in Germany and abroad (e.g. Misereor, Germanwatch, Consumer Project on Technology) with a focus on access to medicines issues.
