I'm not sure our wiki here has closed pages, or how this works precisely. Do you have anything against google docs for the messy parts, and to use the wiki for the consolidated work? Otherwise, I ask my friend Franco how it works for the closed pages.

There are groups of users, having certain rights - like a namespace/category access. Franco will definitely know how to do that. Using Wiki sends a proper message to all activists/hacktivists we shal be working with - it's a kind of statement, opposite to using Google. We do not want hardcore anarchist hacktivists to see us as Google-people. :-)
