The aim of this small cafe is to stimulate an environment where frequenters can cooperate with absolute freedom, experimenting with ideas, recipes, collaborative activities in space, collective projects. For this, there is no hierarchy, flow control or long-term plans.

I was told that Curto Cafe uses an open supply chain, shared open research of its blends, crowdfunded retail presence, and the hacking for reuse of coffee recipients.
