minvation is an attempt to develop and deliver entrepreneurial research and advice for the creative sectors.

It is also the 'branding' for the research presently being conducted by the founder, Chris Buckingham, into motivations and impacts of P2P funded projects in the creative sector.

The aims are to look at projects that are seeking funding for both short term (possibly one-off) and longer term projects.

Geographically the focus for this research is the UK although funding may be sought on P2P platforms in other countries. Chris is enrolled as a post graduate research student with the School of Management at University of Southampton.
