Sneer is a free software platform for sovereign computing.

The big deal about Sneer is we will no longer be restricted to XML-ridden web services that have to be " mashed up " as an afterthought. We will be able to create, share and assemble our own little components called bricks (as in Lego) to build Sovereign Applications (Snapps) any way we like. We use Java or any other language that runs on the Java VM such as boojay, Scala and Groovy.
