--Poor Richard 18:39, 28 March 2011 (UTC) One of my favorite organizational memes is "management by objectives". Objectives can be set and resources allocated democratically. After resources are allocated to an objective, the allocated human resources can decide democratically how to get the job done. In this model, management is all about facilitation, not command and control.
