The "Open Source Tri-Fecta" is a term coined by Robert David Steele Vivas, himself the primary proponent for Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), when he realized that before OSINT and after Free/Open Source Software (F/OSS), we must all focus on Open Spectrum.
