Claudio joined NGO Derechos Digitaless in the second half of 2004 and today is President of the Corporation. He studied at the School of Law, University of Chile, where he was assistant professor of Constitutional Law and Freedom of Expression course: Legal and ethical dilemmas in comparative view. It was part of the academic staff of the General Education Course Towards a Constitution for Equality in Chile, offered at the same universityHe has been assistant professor of the chair Theory of the Constitution and Fundamental Rights at the Faculty of Law at the Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello.
