If there is no content on the page it would seem a redirect more appropriate. I have landed on several pages like this that provide no information. Redirects to disambiguation pages are good for teasing apart several related concepts like this. --Alex Rollin 13:06, 3 August 2010 (UTC)

I don't agree. This way, the page is visible to people within the appropriate topic area, while redirects make the page disappear. It's done on purpose.
