Bio

"Jeanette Hofmann is a senior researcher at the London School of Economics (LSE) and the Social Science Research Centre Berlin (WZB). Her research focuses on transnational regulation, particularly Internet governance, and on intellectual property rights. As part of her advocacy activities, she has been involved in the UN Summit on Information Society and its follow-up process. Since 2006, she has been a member of the Multi-Stakeholder Advisory Group that assists the UN Secretary General in convening the Internet Governance Forum. Her education background is in political science. Jeanette Hofmann holds a PhD from Free University of Berlin." (Wikipedia CPOV)
