He previously worked at The School of Business Administration, Meiji University; the Joseph Murphy Center at the City University of New York, and the Association for Union Democracy, Brooklyn, NY. His research interests are: worker cooperatives, solidarity economy, union democracy and reform, and rank-and-file workers movements. His current project is 'Emerging Solidarity Economy'."
