Abstract
"This report will outline Eurofound’s approach to its research under the key topic ‘The digital age: Challenges and opportunities for work and employment’, and introduce the key concepts and assumptions that underlie it. Within this activity, several research projects will look at issues such as the automation of services, the contours of the platform economy and the nature of work in digitised workplaces. Three literature reviews of research activity in this area are also included."
