Taehyoung Shim (teishim@ramo.yonsei.ac.kr) received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and electronic engineering from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 2008 and 2016, respectively. In January 2016, he joined the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), where he is currently a member of engineering staff. His research interests include machine socialization, robotic wireless networks, and emergency communications
