Bio
Vladimir De Thézier is a social entrepreneur and creative professional. He serves as the Special Projects Manager for the Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies (IEET) while pursuing a degree in Science, Technology and Society, specializing in emerging technologies and public policy, at the University of Quebec in Montreal. De Thézier is working to build the Citizen Foundation for Technology and Democracy, a non-profit organization dedicated to the development of new strategies that can contribute to the social appropriation of technological innovation.
