Bio

"David joined the department in 2007 as a Lecturer in Media and Communication. Prior to this he undertook research at the University of Sussex where he obtained his doctorate. His research interests focus on media/medium theory, software studies, state-of-the-art technologies, and sociological and philosophical research into technology. He is particularly interested in the methodological and theoretical challenges of digital media and has strong research interests in Heidegger, Kittler, Arendt and Latour.
