Vasilis Niaros
Vasilis Niaros is an engineer/urbanist and a PhD student at the Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology. His research interests include open source technologies, interactive urban spaces and do-it-yourself culture.
