Throughout my career I have somehow always been attracted by and in touch with innovations, with emerging, new ideas and concepts, new developments and new methods.

In my work, they found their application in the development of new processes, systems, services or collaborative work. Or in the personal and professional development of people – mine not in the least.

My core quality in this is my ability to get these new perspectives and shifts on my radar, sense into their meaning and potential, and apply them in the work at hand.

The context varied in scope and complexity, from automation of work processes to new transformative processes of transition towards sustainability, from organizational business function to local or global scope.

The level of work varied from tactical and operational to strategic.

Currently I act as a synnector, serving synergy and connection, thinking global, acting local on sustainability initiatives as transition proces designer, organizer and facilitator. In the process I try to make sense of why, what & how other P´s - of our common learning and development system (like Principles, Pattern Recognition) - are needed, to develop our new human operating system (with it´s well-known 3 P´s).

And from this to my private life is a small step: married and raising 3 wonderful kids. For regeneration I prefer a good stay in mountain nature.
