ECONOMY & GOVERNMENT FOR A NON-VIOLENT WORLD

Promoting People for Mathematically Perfected Economy – Mike Montagne An economy and government for a non-violent world

The mind boggles to think of the benefits to everyone in any country that adopts this economy and guaranteed democratic rights and we can then begin to imagine an end to poverty, deprivation, wars, monopolies, pollution and, in fact, most of the ills that plague our present world. There would be no need for constant ‘growth’ fuelling the creation of false needs and rampant materialism, built-in obsolescence of goods or our purposefully designed ‘throw-away’ society. We can close our eyes and dream the rest....

This is not an economic model that has been developed by an economist or university academic steeped in the traditional concept of ‘money making more money’. It has been developed and continuously proposed for over 30 years by a 'citizen of humanity', a child prodigy in maths, who was able to convince his his economics professors at college that his thesis was the only sound analysis of true economy. He developed his analysis at the age of 16 and has been dedicated to the presentation of this singular solution to economic injustice ever since. We may call this the dedication of a visionary. Despite continuous representation to every president of the United States since Gerald Ford and having been commissioned by Ronald Reagan to predict, via his computer models, the final date of the demise of the present economic cycle (which, by the way, Mr Montagne predicted at that time to be 2010), his proposal has, for the most part, fallen on deaf ears as far as the establishment is concerned. Over the years, Mr Montagne's thesis has attracted a large and consistent following throughout the world, however, many plagiarists have tried to distort his model for purposes of profit and pseudo-remedial economic theory while at the same time re-inserting a justification for the very cause of the terminal nature of our economies, namely, interest-bearing debt!

When one realises how the flow of information operates in this society between universities, think tanks, regulatory bodies, media, governments and those funding all these institutions, it is not surprising that Mr Montagne's work has not received the recognition it deserves at the highest level. Nor is it surprising on the part of the ordinary person, who does not understand how the economy and monetary system works, confounded as they are by the ‘mystery’ and language of economic theory. A solution such as this bears all the hallmarks of greatness, that being its simplicity. It is not surprising, therefore, that it has been thwarted by those who have power, caught up, as they are, in self-interest.

I therefore ask you, before you sneer that this cannot possibly be of interest as otherwise you would have heard of it, please read on, with your thinking hat on, not the hat that you have chosen to wear as a result of expediency within your chosen career or academic path. I do not mean to offend by this remark but only to highlight the prejudice we all face within our cultural bounds.

This economic model is not a model of communism or socialism or government intervention. Quite the contrary, it is an economic system which proposes real free market economics for all people and all countries which adopt it (totally opposite to the ‘one-world government’ agenda).

Developed by Mike Montagne, People for Mathematically Perfected Economy and Absolute Consensual Representation presents the inherent flaws of our present economy and a new economic model. It demonstrates that it is, in fact, we the people who create money, that the reserve banking system falsifies ownership of our money, our own promissory obligations, by claiming ownership of it and 'lending' it to us merely for the cost of printing notes, without giving up any lawful consideration. Banks then oblige us to repay, not only the principle amount ‘lent’, but adding to this interest. This locks us into cycles of continuous borrowing, as there is never sufficient money in circulation to pay back principle and interest. This ultimately terminates the economy in total failure (as we are about to experience again soon) with devastating effects.

Inherent in the thesis which Mike Montagne presents is a system of consensual democratic government which guarantees the rights of each and every person, rights that can never be taken away by amendments such as the ones that have now been applied to the constitution in the U.S. and to Europe (read the European Human Rights Act).

Mike Montagne's solution involves very simple, easily-implemented steps that will solve all problems of the economy in a very short time and virtually at no cost. It involves the elimination of all banking, the establishment of a common monetary foundry and the maintenance of a constant one to one to one ratio between circulation, outstanding obligations and the value of represented wealth or assets.

There would be no inflation, no deflation and no manipulation of the value of assets. Taxation would be virtually zero, there would be no interest charged on ‘loans’ and as a result there would be approximately 60% more funds available within the economy. The real economy would consequently flourish. Micro-businesses and individuals would have access to credit without interest and within a stable, growing economy. Within this new context, businesses would be able to afford to always behave responsibly towards the environment and each other. The ownership of this real economy would be in the hands of each and every person who created it, not in banks, corporations or governments. There is a clear plan for the transition to this new economy and how this would be done.

Here is a quick example to demonstrate: Any principle that is brought into circulation to purchase an asset such as a home would be paid out of circulation at a fixed schedule of payment equivalent to the depreciation of that asset. For example, an amount of $100,000 to purchase a home that is assessed to depreciate over 100 years would be paid out of circulation at the rate it depreciates - $1,000 per year ($83.33 per month) for 100 years and this money would be retired from circulation in order to maintain a constant ratio between the amount of money circulating and the value of remaining assets or represented wealth. The principle of schedules of payments based upon the depreciation rates of all assets could be easily calculated to provide correct rate at which money should be paid out of circulation. So, for each amount of money that is created for any particular asset purchased, the person or business that created it would be obliged to pay that fixed amount out of circulation at a fixed rate as that asset depreciates. This would create access to capital at a very, very affordable rate and would ensure that a 1:1:1 ratio is always maintained between the amount of money circulating in the economy, the value of represented wealth and assets and the amount of obligations remaining, thus keeping the immutable value of the currency with no inflation or deflation. There would be no need for money to be traded as a commodity in and of itself and no manipulation of the cost and value of assets. Wealth would be created, as needed, not by unearned profit but by the work, creativity and activity of people creating and maintaining real activities with real value, one for the other.

As we are seeing all around the world, people are standing up and saying ‘no’ to the banking system and corrupt governments but as yet, no realistic proposal is being put forward to replace them. What we have to realise is that due to access to information via the internet, the protesters (and the silent majority who have not gone to the streets yet) have a lot of information about the present system and how it operates. They will not stop protesting and just ‘return to normal’ following a few empty promises by politicians. These people are in it for the long term and want fundamental changes – they know what is wrong and they know what they want even though it is not yet fully articulated.

They want social justice and peace, to live in a world where human beings and the natural world are not treated as commodities, where all of us can be creative and evolve into our highest potential and where there is no poverty, hunger or wars, all of which are created by small interest groups with all the money to control these outcomes.

These are not the dreams of some distant utopian future time, they are the dreams of now and they are dreams that we have the capacity to bring into reality and that we must bring into reality to avoid a very painful and totally unnecessary scenario.

If, however, nothing concrete and well-thought out is proposed at this time, then it is inevitable that those who ‘hold the strings’ will wait for the chaos to ensue, try to carry out ‘divide and rule’ tactics and then try and come forward with a cosmetic solution that will pretend to solve the issues but that will not, in fact, fundamentally change anything - and, in fact, they are and have been trying this already with various types of pretended 'solutions'. And we, the people of this planet will have lost an opportunity for a truly new beginning.

We are looking for serious people with a high level of contacts to come forward and discuss this proposal with Mike Montagne so that we can present a very real solution which is, logically, the only solution. We, the people, each and every one of us create the money and wealth of the world with all our multiplicity of talents and our economic system must reflect this, without manipulation. There is no other alternative.

Mike has written a document ‘World Mandate for Mathematically Perfected Economy and Absolute Consensual Representation’ which is a legal document that will be available in all languages for people to sign on line. This will basically demand our individual rights to real representation by government, representation that is enshrined in the law and that can never override any of the basic precepts of our rights (each and every one of us) and that can never alter in any way our right to manage and control our system of issuing promissory notes (money).

Please contact me or Mike if you would like to discuss further and help with this project. This is not a profit-generating proposal or business idea, it is a free service for the benefit of humanity - we are all volunteers. Thank you!
