Payer Owned organizations constrain property ownership in the material Means of Production to those who pay for them.

Acceptable forms of payment may include:

0. Profit is handled as that payer's investment in more material Means of Production.

1. Pre-Pay is handled as that payer's investment in more material Means of Production.

1a. Work - As a direct benefit to the Payer.

1b. Work - As a benefit to someone else who is willing to trade something for the results of that work.

3. Fund - Investing in a more traditional manner, but where the return is At Cost Product instead of Profit.
