"A case study in peer-to-peer governance: Lessons from the Linux kernel project. This presentation delves into the development model of the linux kernel project, identifying the mechanisms that govern the production process, thus ensuring the flow of code, the production of a usable production. In so doing, the presentation answers the question: how can the production process be effected and sustained when traditional management techniques do not apply?"
