Vasilis Niaros

Vasilis Niaros is an urbanist, regional planner and engineer as well as PhD candidate (expected in 2016) at the Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance, Tallinn University of Technology. His research interests include open source technologies, urban commons, "smart city", makerspaces, IoT and do-it-yourself culture.
