I am not sure how you want people to react to this as it sits halfway beteen a collective strategy document and personal reflection. I feel that these two functions could be helpfully separate so that people can engage in developing a strategy document, whilst keeping you personal reflections as an identifiable whole which can help inform the discussion. I is entirely a personal reflection, i.e. a proposed strategy, and open for any discussion; indeed, a collective strategy document would be something different, but you could start a different page | |||

I am not sure how you want people to react to this as it sits halfway beteen a collective strategy document and personal reflection. I feel that these two functions could be helpfully separate so that people can engage in developing a strategy document, whilst keeping you personal reflections as an identifiable whole which can help inform the discussion. I is entirely a personal reflection, i.e. a proposed strategy, and open for any discussion; indeed, a collective strategy document would be something different, but you could start a different page
