In the process I try to make sense of why, what & how other P´s - of our common learning and development system - are needed, to develop our new human operating system (with its well-known 3 P´s). Got hold on P´s like Principles, Purpose, Passion, Process, Pattern Recognition. | |||
From that system to my private life is a small step (...): married with miraculous Mirjam and raising 3 wonderful kids. | |||
For regeneration and inspiration I prefer a good stay in mountain nature. | |||

Throughout my career I have somehow always been attracted by and in touch with innovations, with emerging, new ideas and concepts, new developments and new methods.
In my work, they found their application in the development of new processes, systems, services or collaborative work. Or in the personal and professional development of people – mine not in the least.
My core quality in this is my ability to get these new perspectives and shifts on my radar, sense into their meaning and potential, and apply them in the work at hand.
