- Agree on names / first batch of 10 by wednesday, June 3
- send out first invitation, send 'save the date' letter, by June 6
- ask for more recommendations
- decide on second batch by June 13
- were booking 16 rooms

QUESTIONS
- should we have a quota on women (one third) to make sure of fair representation ?
