Vladimir De Thézier is a Québécois cultural creative. He served as Special Projects Manager for the for Ethics and Emerging Technologies from January 2006 to December 2007. He wrote the technoscience-focused progressive blog Vangarde from April 2007 to November 2008. De Thézier is currently advocating for the convergence of the Quebec sovereignty movement with bright green environmentalism into a “sovereign green movement” dedicated to the creation of a “green republic of Quebec”, a constitutional state organized according to the principles of “green co-operative economics”.
