- (who else?).
Necessary and Sufficient Conditions for the Project
We should

- (Independent Money) create money (incl. the infrastructure for other secure communication) independent of states
- (Independent Tax) have the option to pay our tax on bits independent of states
- (Pacification) have the option to avoid double taxation of bits by states
- (Participation) have the infrastructure to spend our taxes by means of our participation, and
- (Customary Law) reveal our laws based on our customs of our communities on the internet.
