'Free' tax means libre tax and, at the same time, optionally gratis tax (c.f.: Wikipedia: Gratis versus Libre, The Free Software Definition and The Open Source Definition).

  2. (Independent Money) that we must create e-money independent of states
  3. (Independent Tax) that we should have the opportunity to pay our tax on bits independent of states
  4. (Pacification) that we should have the opportunity to avoid double taxation of bits by states
  5. (Participation) that we should have the infrastructure to spend our taxes by means of our participation, and
  6. (Customary Law) that we must reveal our laws based on our customs of our communities on the internet.
