Payer Owned organizations constrain property ownership in the material Means of Production to those who pay for them.
Acceptable forms of payment may include:
0. Profit is handled as that payer's investment in more material Means of Production.
1. Pre-Payment is handled as that payer's investment in more material Means of Production.
1. Work - But only if someone else is willing to trade for the results of that work.
2. Fund - Investing in a more traditional manner, but where the return is At Cost Product instead of Profit.
