Lucas Lemos is an expatriate living in Estonia since 2009 and affiliate member of the P2P Lab. Small entrepreneur, poet and critical thinker with experience working in social projects in areas ranging from prisons and refugee camps to family centers and NGOs. He holds a five-year BA in Sociology, and an MA in Technology Governance and Digital Transformation from Tallinn University of Technology, where he is pursuing a Ph.D. (starting Sept. 2019).
