"a Portugueses M.A. student in Communication, Culture and Information Technologies at the Higher Studies Institute of Business and Labour Studies (ISCTE) - www.iscte.pt -, in Lisbon, Portugal who is writing a thesis about the possibility of existence of an alternative model of tactical media that goes beyond the adversary stance, the military and guerrilla language, that doesn't have no enemies and doesn't depends of that other. He graduated in Social Communication at the Portuguese Catholic University. Until recently, he also was a technology journalist, writing for online and offline Portuguese news outlets."
