Oh, and I like your practice of putting a space between the == and the text. I'll try to do that in future!

Welcome to my talk page. Feedback welcome on my edits!

Useful resources, many thanks! Simon Grant (talk) 12:41, 14 October 2019 (UTC)

Thanks Simon, and thanks for your help with fixing formatting, adding links to related pages, and so on :) I intend to carve out some time to finish porting all the half-ported pages from Disintermedia (links etc), as part of lightening my data load before I move into self-hosting experiments. If the P2PF is willing to give me a sandbox on its servers to run some experiments, I'd be keen to try setting up some federated social web resources for P2PFoundation.net, perhaps a microblog server that can crossport to Titter, or a PeerTube site where P2PF videos can be hosted, as well as putting them on YT to reach that audience? --Strypey (talk) 18:56, 14 October 2019 (UTC)
I suggest asking Michel, Stacco and Javier about that. Sounds like a good idea but I don't really have much influence myself... good luck! E-mail me maybe... Simon Grant (talk) 21:07, 14 October 2019 (UTC)

Editing conventions

Hi! I suggest using your own judgement about optimal readability by readers.

One of the reasons I usually prefer h2 (==) headings is that they automatically have extra space before them. h1 (=) headings sometimes make sense if it could have started a separate page. But to preserve clarity and readability, I always suggest putting two blank lines and a horizontal rule (----) before an h1 heading, otherwise h1 and h2 headings are easily confusable which makes the page less readable. That's another reason for generally prefering h2 headings.

On the other hand, Michel's convention for title case for articles doesn't reduce readability or usability, so I always go with that one!

Oh, and I like your practice of putting a space between the == and the text. I'll try to do that in future!
