Vasilis (Billy) Niaros is the Project Manager of the [[P2P Foundation]] and a Research Fellow at the [http://www.p2plab.gr/en/ P2P Lab]. His research work is related to commons-oriented urban and regional development with an emphasis on the use of ICT and desktop manufacturing technologies.
