San Pisith is a Buddhist monk and an early-stage researcher at the Ragnar Nurkse Department of Innovation and Governance. He has joined the [https://www.cosmolocalism.eu/team/ Cosmolocalism], a research project funded by the European Research Council under the European Union’s Horizon Research and Innovation Programme (grant agreement No. 802512), at the end of 2019 to pursue a PhD at [https://taltech.ee/en/ TalTech-Tallinn University of Technology] in Estonia.

He received his Doctoral degree from TalTech–Tallinn University of Technology in Estonia (2024), his Master’s degree (thesis passed with Distinction) from the International Buddhist College in Thailand (2018), and his Bachelor’s degree from the International Theravāda Buddhist Missionary University in Myanmar (2016).
