Dorothy Howard is the Wikipedian-in-Residence at the METRO Library Council and archivist at the Jean-Noël Herlin Archive Project. She is interested in the topics of digital labor, free labor, immaterial labor, and the history of the open source movement. She is a graduate of Reed College, Portland, OR.
Dorothy is also an organizer with Wikimedia NYC, the Art+Feminism Wikipedia project, and WikiLGBT, and was an organizer of the #BlackLivesMatter Wikipedia Edit-a-thons.
