I am a doctoral student with my thesis focused on the idea of an Open Organization adopted by general industry across differing silos of business. I have a particular interest in how an established organization might make the changes toward an Open System. Currently interested in Governance Models, Knowledge Commons Models, and First Principles. I seek to evangelize businesses toward the concepts of Open.
