Beatriz Cintra Martins is a Brazilian journalist specialized in Internet projects. Holds a Master's Degree in Communication and Culture from the School of Communication, Rio de Janeiro Federal University,and a PhD in Communication Sciences at the School of Communication and Arts, São Paulo University. She is also researcher at the research groups New Technologies, Culture, Interactive Practices, and Innovation in Health, of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, and Collaborative Economies and P2P Production in Brazil, of IBICT/UFRJ.
