"Commoning Housing is a research framework that combines local regional studies with translocal comparative analysis to examine issues, possibilities and barriers to practices of housing commoning across contemporary Europe. It analyses how ideas and practices of co-produced common housing provision are understood and collaboratively implemented by social and institutional urban actors. Through in-depth case studies, it contributes a situated analysis of attempts at disentangling housing from market-based logics and transforming it through collaborative, self-organised and self-managed approaches."
