Layne Hartsell, USA (雷恩∙哈特塞尔 - 마이클 레인 핫셀) - Research Fellow in the philosophy of ethics and technology. Study of new and emerging technologies and societal innovation. His work is in the access to technologies from a framework of global justice in open science/knowledge and access to the technosphere. Societal innovation is the renewal and further development of a robust, constructionist innovation system, both in societal value creation and societal governance to contribute to addressing the major question of how we are to create a flourishing planetary society. Emergence science is the investigation of higher level ontologic characteristics which are not reducible to parts.
