This screen capture shows the normal top of the page without the pull-down being activated.

This is a nice theme, but there is no provision for going to Discussion/Talk pages and there are no tabs for anything else.

Also, notice that the Edit links are missing from headings 2 and 3.  Previously, there was an Edit link on heading 2.  Also, the timestamp at the end of that entry appeared appropriately.  When I clicked on that link to add heading 3 and my follow-up, I noticed that I was being shown HTML rather than WikiText, but I continued to write WikiText anyhow in my additions.  This mixture was apparently a problem.

I have used MediaWiki before and not had problems like this.
