Lucas Lemos is an expatriate living in Estonia since 2009 and a Fellow at the P2P Lab. Small entrepreneur, poet and critical thinker with experience working in social projects in areas ranging from prisons and refugee camps to family centres and NGOs. He holds a five-year BA in Sociology, and an MA in Technology Governance and Digital Transformation from Tallinn University of Technology, where he is currently pursuing a PhD. He acts as Administrator and General Manager at the Management Board of the Fab City Foundation, and he is a core member of the European Research Council Starting Grant project 'Cosmolocalism'.
