Lucas Lemos is an expatriate living in Estonia since 2009 and affiliate member of the P2P Lab. Small entrepreneur, poet and critical thinker with experience working in social projects in areas ranging from prisons and refugee camps to family centers and NGOs. He holds a five-year BA in Sociology, and he is currently part of Ragnar Nurkse Department's Technology Governance program at Tallinn University of Technology.

He is administrator on the Management Board of Fab City Foundation, and Core member of the European Research Council Starting Grant project 'Cosmolocalism'.
