I'm not sure your added remarks are correct,

p2p is generalized non-reciprocal exchange, but I don't see that as necessarily excluding W.A.S., which may be reputation schemes for example

similarly, if RBE is not p2p, and I don't believe it necessarily is, and if it needs some kind of accounting of its flows and measures of reciprocity, then also, it could need W.A.S.

systems without money and barter, could still use W.A.S., I thought that was the whole point of the proposal,
