Talk:Community Assets Programme

The members (users) of those communities must be the owners for this to be maximally efficient.

If they allow the privatization to occur, then they (the users) will pay for all the costs of purchase and maintenance (as consumers always do) PLUS they will be paying the externality of profit to the parasitic investors as we are so stupidly tricked into doing with all of our Physical Sources.

There is no more correct arrangement than User Ownership. It eliminates representation and drives prices to cost (where cost includes wages). Oh well, nobody can hear me. Go about your business. --Ownut 06:36, 8 September 2007 (PDT)
