"La Tabacalera is a Social Centre which combines social, political and artistic productivities, so that funny things are likely to be happenning most of the time.
It's not placed in a squat, the building is an XVIII century tobacco factory belonging to the spanish ministry of culture.
Part of the experiment consists in this kind of tour de force of showing to the ministry guys that we can self organize with complete autonomy and wnat no funding by them or anyone else.
