"OpenIdeas is a web application that allows you to submit an idea or article that will be reviewed by all and will be promoted, based on popularity, to the main page. When a user submits such an idea it will be placed in the "unpublished" area until it gains sufficient votes to be promoted to the main page.
The concept behind OpenIdeas is simple - sharing original ideas with others. We firmly believe that people frequently have great ideas, but not the means or desire to develop them. OpenIdeas allows you to share your 'stroke of genius' moments with others and allow them to vote on which they deem the best."
