Carolina Botero

Consultant and lecturer on open access and copyright (free culture) issues in technological scenarios. Co-leader for Colombia and Latin American Regional Manager for Creative Commons. Her research interests are on issues of digital rights, especially in relation to access to information, education and culture. She is a columnist for El Espectador (second journal in the country) and is Director of the Group Law Internet and Society at the Karisma Foundation in Bogota. Carolina is a lawyer (1993, Universidad del Rosario, Colombia) with degrees on International Law and Cooperation (1994, VUB - Belgium) and Law of Contract (2006, UAB - Spain). Anne Laure Brun Buisson

Anne-Laure is the instigator of ShareLex. She is the global coordinator of the project, building the community and taking care of cooperation. She has designed the LaboLex concept and is a passer of the LaboLex methodology. Lawyer since more than 15 years, Anne-Laure is now a mediator and a collective intelligence facilitator. Passionate about cooperation she believes that easy access to law for everyone will empower people design free and creative links & projects.

Primavera De Filippi

Primavera De Filippi is a researcher at the CERSA / CNRS / Université Paris II. She is currently a research fellow at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard, where is investigating the legal challenges of distributed online architectures. Primavera holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, where she explored the legal challenges of copyright law in the digital environment. In addition to her academic research, Primavera acts as a legal expert for Creative Commons in France and as a coordinator for the Open Knowledge Foundation. She co-founded and currently coordinate the IGF dynamic coalition on Network Neutrality and the Communia association for the public domain. Finally, Primavera is currently an active member of an artistic collective that produces interactive works released under open licenses.
